Project management is the epitome of micro-management when it comes to business strategy. Just how do companies cope with several projects occurring all at once? They have key managers and specifically project managers to take care of the tough challenges that each project presents. But, more and more companies are dicing that managers, in general, are not the same as project managers. - Project administration, management and coordination will be learned in this course. Coordination is often mistaken for management, but it’s not the same thing!

An Exercise In Risk
Many things in risk management are the same in project management. You’re trying to assess which things are going to put a spanner in the works while other things will make your project run more smoothly. This all requires you to incorporate a multi-pronged approach.
You will need to learn how to manage risk at a micro-level first. This entails daily expenses, material procurement, client relationships, service fees, and invoice management. This is the day-to-day management that affects you the most. So learning risk management techniques such as risk identification, treatment, and reflection, are going to be so useful.
You Can Ask For Help!
Leadership is not always going to come naturally to you, even as a business owner. You can always ask for help regarding a project manager if you own the business and you’re undertaking the largest risk. You can always rely on your senior employees to guide you if you have any.
