A Morning Routine
Your morning routine dictates your day. Waking up a little later than usual and feeling groggy, eating poorly, or sitting around on the computer before you even open your curtains can lead you to start your day with stagnant energy that you’re usually not that fond of. It’s often infinitely better to have some kind of routine for your morning, such as stretching, taking in deep breaths, heading outside to ponder the world for a few moments as you wake up, or preparing that golden cup of coffee. When it’s regular and reliable, you have the best chance of a great morning as part of your daily lifestyle.
Demand Better
Demand better from the services you use. If you find that your gym does not allow 24-hour access but one a little further out does, then it can be used investing in a recurring subscription there to make this more convenient for your schedule. The same goes for clinics that have doctor dispensing services, or perhaps meal plans that can deliver to you consistently, with freezable secondary options for the next week. Demand better from the services you use, and you will incorporate them into your life in a much better way.
Relax
Surprisingly few of us schedule any “me-time” into our schedules. This is astounding. You can’t constantly run around, help others out and be productive. You need some time to let your hair down, kick back, and relax. This could involve running a bath, trying out the best CBD oil, watching that series you’ve been wanting to see, try negative ion bracelets, or anything else that brings you a little joy!
In Moderation
Moderation is often only spoken of when someone is hoping to justify a negative habit. Of course, they’re absolutely right. In moderation, most things more than fine, without including the pedantic ultra-harmful examples. However, it can be that if you limit your drinking to very occasionally, or having one large cheat meal every two weeks, or perhaps enjoying herbal teas rather than drinking coffee morning and night, then you can enjoy the moderation that allows you to live a healthier, but most rational life. This is how you make a lifestyle, by being reasonable with yourself.
This makes leading a healthy and happy lifestyle a lot easier and more manageable. If you cut out absolutely everything you enjoy, you’re going to feel yourself feeling down. So, make time for the Best Taco Tuesday, have a little cake or chocolate bar once in a while. Skip your usual exercise as a one-off if you’re feeling tired rather than forcing yourself. As long as you’re in a good routine most of the time, things should be fine!
