There is nothing I love more than getting together with my girls. A few weeks ago I was invited to see the new INDIEHOUSE fragrance bar in Alpharetta, Georgia. It’s just newly opened and is chock full of fragrances ideal for men and women.
What makes the design of INDIEHOUSE so unique is each fragrance section is organized by personal style, fragrance notes, and in increasing price order. There’s no more accidently falling in love with a $300 fragrance because the price wasn’t listed.
INDIEHOUSE also has my heart because they’re eco-friendly. Instead of those annoying little strips of paper, each fragrance is accompanied by a paper flower made from old book pages. To smell the scent, just lift the glass cover to the nose. It makes for the cutest interior decorations.

Girls’ Shopping Day
Plan a day of shopping and make your way to INDIEHOUSE. Pick a price range and secretly choose someone to shop for. Once everyone has purchased, you can trade gifts at dinner and see how close you got to each other’s preferred scents.
Make Your Own Fragrance
If your group is the creative type, you’ll love their scent blending workshop. You can sip and create a scent you love. Not much of a planner? You can walk straight up to their scent bar anytime during business hours and mix a new scent on the spot. (You even get to name your scent! Mine is “Jubilee”.)
Bachelorette and Birthday Parties
Book a larger event for one of these parties and you’ll get 90 minutes to 2 hours in a private event space accompanied a champagne toast. The guest of honor with receive a 5ml bottle created by each guest.
Group Workshops
Learn about their classes for company, neighborhood, or non-profit events. The idea of the workshop can be as formal or informal as you want. The social activity experience can be tailored to your team and the fragrance bar guides can even travel to you.
