There are some times in your life that anxiety can creep in and mess with your balance. There are so many things that we have to attend to. The house, cooking, cleaning, looking after the kids, and running a business or working in general.
Whatever way you slice it, there is a lot going on. There are a few ways that you can help to calm your mind and ease some of that anxiety.
Music
There is music that gets you ready for the day, music that makes you dance around the kitchen and music that can calm you. It might take some time for you to find what works. In general, when you find the right things you will likely hum along, and be able to do small tasks. You might find you want to fall asleep when the music comes on, or that you feel calm and serene.
Breathe
Most of us hold our breath much more than we think. And typically, people who have anxiety are more shallow breathers. It is in part due to the amount of tension the body holds when you are stressed or feeling anxious. There is a breathing technique that can help you relax. Try to spend at least 10 minutes taking really deep breaths. You will breathe in for 4, hold for 6 and then release slowly and controlled for 8.
Doing this means that you will be focusing on breathing and less on the issue that is worrying you, and the big breath means your muscles will begin to relax too.

Multivitamins
Most of us are deficient in a range of vitamins and minerals, and that can have a much more significant impact than you might think. Our body thrives on balance, and when that balance is out of whack, the consequences can be far-reaching. Writing
Writing is one of the oldest ways for people to work through what is going on in their lives. You might choose to journal, you might prefer to blog. Setting a fixed amount of time every day to write down how you feel, and make sure you are writing down what is worrying that day. Often when we write it down, it can feel less ‘big.’
Small Bites
If you feel like you have too much to do, or that the issue is too big. Break it down into smaller pieces. What can you tackle now, and what can wait? Look at the options that you have that can make it easier or solve the issue.
