The protests have taken over the city, country, and honestly, the world. George Floyd was by far not the only one but he was the one that brought us to our breaking point. The Black community and our allies are fed up with the way we’re treated by the main group that’s sworn to serve and protect us. Police brutality against Black people has been running rampant for years and it’s like now more than just our personal communities are starting to realize it.
Joining protests is one of the first steps in ending this systemic racism against Black people and changing the racist policies that target our communities. But what is your plan after you get home and the protest is over?
